Wild native plants, the abundance all around us

Ottawa, ON – When Amber Westfall challenged herself to not buy anything new for a year back in 2008, she never imagined the impact it would have on her life. It’s through that experience that she discovered her life passion, edible and medicinal plants, as well as the incredible abundance that surrounds us even in urban areas.
